The company a 100% Ghanaian business specialized in upscale bakery business focusing on providing organic, healthy and premium baked products. Yummy Premium Bakery is desirous to produce high-quality, healthy, and delicious bread using locally sourced ingredients. We are confident that our product will appeal to health-conscious individuals and that our business will be profitable. With a well-planned production and marketing strategy, we are confident that we will become a popular choice among bread and baked products consumers in our target market.

• We strictly follow an approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) at every stage of the production process from material sourcing, transportation, storage, recipe formulation, mixing, sheeting, fermentation, baking, packaging to distributions channels.
• At Yummy Premium Bakery, we operate in a highly hygienic environment within and without the factory. The factory is in a modern building facility equipped with state-of-the-art ancillary facilities and contemporary monitoring capabilities to monitor the production.

We are law abiding citizens and hence we comply with all legal requirements and regulatory requirement of the food and beverage industry, including Food and Drug Authority (FDA) requirements, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements, Fire Service Regulatory Requirements, etc.
